Breaking Open The Womb

“Breaking Open the Womb”

‘Never doubt God’s mighty power to work in you and accomplish all this. He will achieve infinitely more than your greatest request, your most unbelievable dream, and exceed your wildest imagination! He will outdo them all, for his miraculous power constantly energizes you.’ Ephesians 3:20 The Passion

Painting this piece, I sensed a division in time and place. There was a shift from ‘then’ to ‘now’. The more I painted, the stronger the break with the past became, and the new became more urgent. The shape on the canvas began to look like Australia with a split through the middle. Above the split I ‘saw’ the angelic host. I intended to paint angel wings but it became an explosion of light and a violent bursting forth. As I finished the painting with the ‘angelic host’ surrounded by layers of gold, representing divine glory, and I sensed an earthquake-like shaking as heaven suddenly downloaded new platforms of influence and favour, new ministries, and new assignments.

The Lord says, “I am breaking open the womb! It is time to birth!” This is a time of breaker anointing, where the past will be shattered to smithereens. Generational curses are breaking at their foundations. Delays, restrictions, blockages, and bondage have been broken and the weight of the new birth is a mighty roar in the spirit realm.

It is a time for ‘firsts’, a time for new beginnings, a time to crossover into the promise. The new birth is strategic because it carries new expressions of the Father’s heart. You have been through the inferno and the wasteland, but now is the season to launch and unleash what God has ordained for you. You have laid down your gold (your identity) in the dust, the Lord has given you new gold (new identity). What God has placed inside you is significant and you will see unexpected acceleration and alignments. Do not lose heart in this season, do not be deceived by what seems a violent shaking. As when Mary asked of Gabriel, ‘How can this be?’, also take to heart the answer, ‘The Holy Spirit will come upon you. And the power of the Highest will overshadow you’. The impossible will be made possible!

Giclee Reproductions are printed with a 3cm white border.

‘Breaking Open The Womb’ has been selected from the book 40 Days hath November to be reproduced as Giclee prints. Technically speaking, our prints are not prints at all, not in the common use of the term, but are fine art reproductions of original works. The quality is so high that it is difficult to tell between the reproduction and the original. Giclee Reproductions are premium high-resolution digital images produced on museum quality, Canson 300-320gsm Cotton Rag (fine cotton fibres woven into a paper-like product) printed with archival Canon Lucia EX 12-colour pigment high-performance inks. Canon Lucia EX pigment inks achieve an “under glass” permanence of 95 years for colour images.

Giclee can be confusing, as many may incorrectly assume that all digital printing is equal. Essentially Giclee (pronounced ‘zhee-clay’) is an invented name from the French word ‘le gicleur’ meaning ‘to squirt’. Originally coined in 1991 to distinguish between common digital prints and the highest quality form of art reproductions using wide-format inkjet printing technology. In 30 years, this technology has advanced enormously, giving an even wider distinction between Giclee reproductions and digital prints. However, we still use the word ‘print’ so that we are easily understood.

Fine Art Giclee Reproductions should be framed behind glass, using a matte to separate them from the glass. Consult your local framer for the best way to frame your reproduction and ensure your artwork still looks amazing for 3 – 4 generations.
