Rejoicing The Heart

“The precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes.” Psalm 19:8 ESV

Christ as close as your heartbeat. When the cry of your heart is ‘Oh Lord, create in me a clean heart’ Ps 51:10, He replies, My child, ‘You are the pleasing aroma of Christ’ 2 Cor. 2:15

The transparency of the glass jar represents your walk with Jesus, with no attempt to hide from Him emotionally, spiritually or relationally. It is also a promise from Him, that you will always see justice and mercy in Him. He has been with you through many battles that would have your heart scarred, but He is saying – “Here, look, I have made your heart pure and clean, unmarked, this is how I see you”.

There is no pretense, your heart is alight with fire for Him. The light of heaven shines through and brings hope in the dark places.

Red is the colour of passion, the passion of Christ. Red translated from Hebrew, means flesh. It symbolizes atonement, sacrifice, life and death. It stands for the earthly life of flesh and blood. The sacrifice for family is how we imitate the Father, ‘For God so loved the world…’John 3:16 He gave His son as a sacrifice to include us in His complete family. He sees your sacrifice for family, He has seen the battles you’ve fought and felt your gratitude for the victories He’s given. He understands and stands with you. He has made you promises and shown Himself faithful, and says in this season also He remains faithful, and reminds you that Christ is you is the hope of glory. And wherever you walk, you take the aroma of Christ with you, your heart will be transparent, and Christ in you will be seen by all.

Giclee Reproductions are printed with a 3cm white border.

‘Rejoicing The Heart’ has been selected from the book 40 Days hath November to be reproduced as Giclee prints. Technically speaking, our prints are not prints at all, not in the common use of the term, but are fine art reproductions of original works. The quality is so high that it is difficult to tell between the reproduction and the original. Giclee Reproductions are premium high-resolution digital images produced on museum quality, Canson 300-320gsm Cotton Rag (fine cotton fibres woven into a paper-like product) printed with archival Canon Lucia EX 12-colour pigment high-performance inks. Canon Lucia EX pigment inks achieve an “under glass” permanence of 95 years for colour images.

Giclee can be confusing, as many may incorrectly assume that all digital printing is equal. Essentially Giclee (pronounced ‘zhee-clay’) is an invented name from the French word ‘le gicleur’ meaning ‘to squirt’. Originally coined in 1991 to distinguish between common digital prints and the highest quality form of art reproductions using wide-format inkjet printing technology. In 30 years, this technology has advanced enormously, giving an even wider distinction between Giclee reproductions and digital prints. However, we still use the word ‘print’ so that we are easily understood.

Fine Art Giclee Reproductions should be framed behind glass, using a matte to separate them from the glass. Consult your local framer for the best way to frame your reproduction and ensure your artwork still looks amazing for 3 – 4 generations.
